DB2CPI is an ISPF based DB2 Command processor interface with integrated catalog management facilities and many automated functions and utilities that make daily DBA tasks easier.

DB2CPI was developed by DBAs to provide simple solutions to time consuming tasks and provide rapid information required for problem determination in an easy to interpret format.

19/09/2007 - V9.3 due to be released October 2007
This release adds more functional support for DB2 V8 Online Schema Evolution.

All possible Alterable columns can now be changed through the DB2CPI panels. The panels guide you through the process and allow you to select the same or each possible new datatype then depending on that selection change lengths, scales and subtypes.

Indexes can be altered allowing new columns to be added and the cluster and padded attribute to be changed.

The screens allowing partitioned indexes to be altered have been completely redesigned so that all partition attributes can be altered in one single screen.

The DPROPR setup and admin screens now support the new CCD Target type 9(Avoids the join to the UOW table).
